Frequently asked questions

What is PropG, exactly?
PropG is an AI-powered network for real estate agents in India. You manage your own inventory and buyer requirements, and you can mark them public to share with every other agent on the platform. The AI matches public records across the whole network — so your buyer can match to another agent's listing, and your listing to another agent's buyer.
Who is PropG for?
Independent agents, sub-broker teams, and small brokerages in India who handle residential property sales. The bigger your buyer pipeline or inventory, the more matches you'll find — but solo agents benefit just as much from the network reach.
Will other agents see my listings and buyers?
Only the ones you choose to make public. Anything you keep private stays private — fully isolated by Supabase Row-Level Security. You decide, on a per-record basis, what to share.
How do I contact another agent about their listing?
Tap Enquire on any public listing. PropG reveals the listing agent's contact and lets you message them in-app or on WhatsApp. Enquiries spend credits to keep the network high-quality and spam-free.
Is PropG free?
Yes — signing up and using the core features is free. Enquiring on other agents' public records spends credits; you get a starter allowance and can top up with paid plans.
Is PropG available on iPhone?
PropG is launching on Android first via the Google Play Store. iOS is on the roadmap.
Does the AI use my data to train its models?
No. PropG uses Anthropic's Claude API, which by default does not use API inputs for training. Your records are not used to train AI models.
