Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your PropG account, operated by PropG Tech, along with the data stored against it. Deletion is permanent — once a request is processed, the data cannot be recovered.

Delete it yourself, in the app

The fastest route, and the one that takes effect immediately:

1. Open PropG and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read what will be removed, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

Your account and its data are erased at that point, and you are signed out. There is no grace period and nothing can be restored afterwards.

If you cannot sign in

Email admin.propg@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, using the subject line “Delete my PropG account”. Include:

• The email address on your PropG account.
• The mobile number on your PropG account.

We use those two details to verify that the request comes from the account holder. If the request arrives from a different address, we will write back to the registered address to confirm before deleting anything.

This route needs neither the app installed nor a working sign-in.

What happens next, for emailed requests

• Acknowledgement: we reply within 3 business days confirming we have received the request.
• Completion: the account and its data are deleted within 30 days of the request being verified.
• Confirmation: we email you once the deletion is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your profile: name, email address, mobile number, company name, RERA registration number, city, and deal volume.
• Property listings and buyer requirements you created in the app, including notes and contact details you entered.
• Your favourites, matches, and saved searches.
• Your chat history with the in-app AI assistant.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records we are legally required to retain — kept only for as long as the applicable law requires, then deleted.
• Anonymised and aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you or your customers — kept indefinitely.
• Encrypted backups — deleted data persists in routine backups for up to 30 further days, after which the backups expire.
• Your opt-out record — if you have asked us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum needed (your number in non-reversible form) so we can honour that request.

Deleting individual records instead

If you only want to remove specific listings or buyer requirements, you can delete them yourself inside the app without closing your account.
